How fast does the shuttle actually travel? What is the maximum possible load on the shuttle? How many positions can be set in the DAP? What's a RMA-Number? 		Montrac
		a.	14 shuttles are running on our Montrac line but we now need 20 shuttles. Is this possible?
			Of course! All you need to do is to ensure that all shuttles have at least 1.66 A available (20x1.6 = 33.2A)

		b.	How fast does the shuttle actually travel?
			It always has the same maximum speed of 30 m/min for every load and use.

		c.	What is the maximum possible load on the shuttle?
			The maximum load is 24 kg!

		Conveyor
		a.	From which material are the drive shafts produced?
			They are made of Vulcolan so that the drive forces are optimally transmitted

		b.	Is it true that both drive rollers and deflection rollers are turned in biconical form?
			Yes, this enables us to achieve optimal running of the belt.

		c.	We work 365 days in three-shift operation. What is the situation with motor wear in the KTBs?
			With the brushless DC motor (24 V) the wear is negligible.

		Automation
		a.	How many positions can be set in the DAP?
			2 positions are possible at the basic setting. If an additional DZA is required, an additional position can be approached. A DAP can be supplemented with max. 2 DZA and thus 4 positions approached.

		b.	Can the open/close clamping distance be set in a GPP gripper?
			Yes! You can easily do this yourself.

		c.	We have obtained a KUS and are very satisfied but somehow it is not running smoothly. Is this normal?
			Owing to the fitting accuracy of the guides and their tolerances, it is possible that a new KUS may run smoothly only after a run-in time of 1-2 hours.

		d.	Having decided on Servoline am I also forced to use the PLC controller?
			No. Thanks to the Servoline there is no need for the expensive PLC. The controller with an integrated position control is always supplied. This enables the control to be performed by a commercial PC.

		Quick-Set®
		a.	I would like to use the Quick-Set profile system. How many individual parts do I have to expect?
			There are only about 10 basic components!

		b.	Is it true that all Montech products can be mounted using Quick-Set without connecting a special construction?
			Yes, we have a standard connecting element with which every Montech product can be mounted directly on our profile system! Cost: 8.20€

		Services
		a.	We would like to send our products for maintenance regularly. How should we proceed?
			You can easily do this if you request an RMA number from the Montech Service Center (MSC) and attach this to the packaging in a clearly visible manner (please use the return form).

		b.	With increasing experience, we have noticed that regular maintenance saves us a great deal of trouble and money! How can we take advantage of Montech’s technical knowledge for this?
			For service: you can obtain the service request form by e-mail, over the telephone or by fax. Alternatively, you can simply download it from our website, then complete and return it to the Service Center.
