COMPONENTS FOR SAFETY DEVICES
Safety issues on machines and production equipment are of central importance. With our components for safety devices, access to danger zones can be prevented by implementing project-specific safety solutions.
As a result of the lifting safety hood, optimal accessibility to the processing station in emergency or for maintenance work is guaranteed within seconds. A movable counterweight runs in the interior of the column and is connected to the lifting crossbeam by means of a toothed belt. The synchronous run of the crossbeams is compounded via a synchronous shaft. Consequently, raising and lowering of the movable element requires only a minimum force. The columns are based on our Quick-Set profile system. They can therefore be installed quickly and without problems, on new and existing machines.
The safety hood SH encloses a danger area on four or five sides. Columns can be equipped with safety switches thanks to our fastening set. For large safety hoods, anti-drop locks are available.
The safety screen SW is based on the same structural principle and can be arranged freely around a danger zone.
The modular design permits flexible adaptation to customer requirements, e.g. a larger lifting range or special hood shapes.
